We’re excited to introduce Matt Boyle as BC’s new Operations Manager. In this role, Matt will oversee warehouse procedures and staff, bringing his expertise in efficiency and workflow optimization to our team.

Matt’s journey began in studio recording, but his passion quickly shifted to live audio. After college, he freelanced at local theaters, gaining hands-on experience in fast-paced environments. His skills led him to Masque Sound, where he took on various roles—from quality control to managing operations for their Professional Wireless New York division.

Known for his strong organizational abilities and process improvements, Matt excels at streamlining operations. In his new role, he’ll collaborate closely with the audio team to enhance workflows, optimize efficiency, and ensure smooth shop management.
